Information needed : name, nationality, and address of the applicant or company owner; name and nationality of the inventor; country, date, and number of the priority right 、 international (trademark) classification/class and names of the designated goods/services

Mark format: Must be within 5x5~8x8 centimeters.

• If a black & white mark is applied, 6 black & white copies of the mark are required.

• If a color mark is applied, 6 color copies and 2 black & white copies of the mark are required.

A photocopy of the applicant's qualifications. （ A legal person needs to prepare a Certificate of Incorporation. A natural person needs to prepare personal identifications. ）

Length of examination period is from 8 to 12 months.
|

If applicants want to pay the registration fee in full, the payment must be made within two months from the approval of the application.

If applicants want to pay the fee in two installments, the second payment must be made within the last three months before the end of the third year from the publication date of the registration (Grace period: 6 months)

Renewal fee must be paid within the last six months before the expiration date. (Grace period: 6 months)
